The link became broken recently though, beginning the SDK download and then failing shortly after. So it is possible that SDK R2 is unavailable for ever now, sadly. Fortunately a newer version called R3 is still available, though it is more awkward to install because you first have to install a core Essentials module for basic image processing functions and then further components as the optional extra features you need.
